Products made to order are shipped within 1–5 business days after production is completed. The delivery schedule, including production time, is provided before purchase. You may contact us for urgent and international shipments.

The shipping cost for the order is the recipient’s responsibility; the amount is displayed before payment. Before placing an order, please check the product dimensions, intended area of use, and any assembly requirements, if applicable.

If you experience a manufacturing defect, missing part, or any issue related to the product, you can contact us with your order details. Your legal rights regarding defective products are reserved. For products requiring a warranty certificate, the relevant document is provided separately.

For consumer purchases, except for statutory exceptions, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Statutory exceptions may apply to personalized products and products whose protective packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene considerations.

For withdrawals, shipping with the company specified in the preliminary information is free of charge. If no return carrier is specified, no return cost will be charged to the consumer.

For optional returns separately accepted by our company, outside the statutory right of withdrawal and defective-product rights, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, provided that this is agreed upon in advance.
