Meet this fun material designed to improve balance, coordination, and stabilization skills! The Balance Disk can be used while standing, sitting, or in various body positions to help enhance both children's and adults' postural control.

Versatile Use and Adjustable Difficulty

This disk can be used as a surface for dynamic exercises or as an "active sitting" cushion on a chair. You can easily adjust the difficulty level of exercises by changing the air pressure inside it using a pump (not included in the package).
